Please follow these steps if you want to create tickets on your Gorgias account for every call answered or launched from your Aircall account.

In Gorgias: 

  1. Login to your Gorgias account
  2. Go to "Your profile"
  3. Click on "API Keys" and copy the key

On Aircall:

  1. Login to your Aircall account here:
  2. Go to Company > Integrations > Add an integration.
  3. Select "Gorgias"
  4. In the token section, enter the Api Key you got from your Help Scout account
  5. If everything is OK, you should be able to click on "Save"
