ChannelReply allows you to respond to eBay and Amazon inquiries from Gorgias. Each eBay or Amazon inquiry will create a ticket in Gorgias, and display order information next to it, as you can see below:

How to connect ChannelReply?
- Create a ChannelReply account
- Enter your User information
- In CRM Settings, select Gorgias
- Get your API credentials in Gorgias -> Settings -> REST API
- Copy them in ChannelReply
