When you receive a message, you can display the order history from Ordoro, along with shipments and inventory level, next to the ticket.  

  1. Send your Ordoro email and password to support@gorgias.io along with the URL of your store
  2. We’ll finish the setup for you!
The Ordoro API authentication requires the email and the password of one of the users. That's why we need those to pull order information next to tickets.
